The name boundless kitchen comes from the fact that my cooking really has no boundaries, both variety-wise and creativity-wise. I am a young Italian girl currently studying Chinese at the university in Venice. I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel extensively ever since I was a kid (I have also lived in Alaska and in China for longer periods of time) and that's how I learned about many different culinary traditions. Cooking has always been a passion in my family and now, along with authentic Italian recipes, I cook dishes that I have tried on my trips all over the world. I am always experimenting and inventing new recipes. I love being in the kitchen; I have fun, it gives me great satisfaction and I am always learning something new, challenging myself and improving my skills.
